Our extensive experience, organizational skills and use of the latest technology and software allow NCM to track and resolve a wide variety of issues quickly and with ease. NCM will manage community projects, address homeowner requests and maintain a beautiful and peaceful community that all homeowners can enjoy. Services provided include:
Administration
Transition from Builder/Declarant control to Homeowner control
Organize, facilitate and attend Board meetings and Annual meeting
Manage all employees and contractors of the HOA
Understand CC&Rs, Bylaws and State regulations
Guide and assist the Board in the development of policies and procedures
Day to day operations
Communication
Provide timely and accurate correspondence via varied sources including website or email blasts
Coordinate and assist with social events and community gatherings
Community Website
Maintain an interactive and user-friendly community website with features such as:
Interactive pages including ARC submittal and work order requests
Board Member only features
